In order to pass inspection on my home, I needed to replace a specific, hard to find, double door patio lock OR purchase new doors which would cost upwards of $2000. Salesperson Carol Mays Stephens stepped in and FOUND THE EXACT PART I needed within minutes of my request. I had already called AND visited at least 10 door companies in Houston and no one had it OR it would take weeks for the part to come in if they special ordered it. Let me tell you....Carol is the BOMB.COM!!! Not only did she locate the part but she had it sent into her location THAT DAY and I had it in my hands before close of business.
