Door Clearance Center is a discount retail door store located in Houston, Texas. If you live in the area, you can purchase and pick up the same day on all in stock doors. If you are not able to visit us, you can still take advantage of our savings by ordering with us over the phone and we will arrange shipping. Note: We currently do not ship scratch'n'dent door units.
Shipping Policy:
Door Clearance Center can ship nationwide to the contiguous United States at the flat rates listed below. All online orders are currently handled over the phone. Please call toll-free 1-877-897-3667 and then press 2, to make payment and arrange shipping. All doors are professionally packed, crated, and wrapped to ensure safe and undamaged delivery.

Wood, Fiberglass, and Steel Exterior Doors:
• 6'8" tall door units, all configurations: $199/first unit, $99 each additional unit
• 8'0" tall door units, all configurations: $249/first unit, $125 each additional unit
Iron Exterior Doors:
• 6'8" tall door units, all configurations: $399/first unit, $199 each additional unit
• 8'0" tall door units, all configurations: $499/first unit, $249 each additional unit
• 9'0" tall door units, all configurations: $699/per unit, residential delivery not available
Interior Doors:
• All sizes and configurations: $199 for up to 3 units, $20 each additional unit

Rates are for shipping within the contiguous United States of America (restrictions may apply - certain remote areas may incur additional charges). Please call us for rates outside the continental USA. Prices include both crating and freight. No tax is charged for orders outside of Texas, USA.
Will Call:
We offer will call at no additional charge. Call us to arrange pick-up during our normal business hours from our retail location in Houston, Texas. Our friendly staff will even help you load your door.
Shipping Time:
Varies by current stock of doors. Our sales staff will be able to give you an estimate of delivery before you make payment.
Shipping Process:
Your order will be shipped ground via a truck freight company. Once the order is placed with us, we will provide you with all necessary information to connect you with the freight company. After the order ships, you will be contacted by the freight company to schedule a delivery time.
Delivery:
The freight company will deliver the door unit curbside to your home or job site. It is your responsibility to move, unpack and install the door unit. Several people or a forklift will be needed on site to move the door. Door Clearance Center assumes no responsibility or liability for damage to the product, personal injury to someone or any other issue that may arise due to moving the product from the curbside to the inside space.
Damage & Claims:
All merchandise is shipped free of damage and in accordance with the carrier's packaging and shipping requirements. You are responsible for determining if your shipment has suffered in-transit freight damage. Carefully inspect the condition of this shipment. If there is evidence of packaging damage, the container should be opened and the contents inspected while the driver is present. Any damage should be specifically noted on the freight bill. Inspect your shipment within 48 hours of delivery. If concealed damage is found, immediately contact the delivering carrier and request an inspection. Failure to notify the carrier within the specified time may result in the claim being denied. Keep all packaging materials for inspection.
All damage claim filing, settlements, recovery and loss, are the responsibility of the consignee and the carrier involved.
Product returned without authorization will be refused.
